VILLA “SISMANIDIS-SAVELLI”
Located on the island of Antiparos, this villa redefines Mediterranean luxury through architecture that breathes light, water, and landscape. The focal point of the project is a spectacular infinity pool clad in blue-hued glass mosaic, which visually blends with the Aegean Sea, creating a hypnotic continuity between architecture and nature. Its elevated, transparent design, along with the sun lounger platform, maximizes the visual connection with the horizon, providing a unique, immersive and sensorial experience.
The structure is arranged in levels that take advantage of the slope of the site, ensuring privacy and panoramic views from every corner. Fine materials such as local stone, natural wood, and white stucco evoke the traditional Cycladic aesthetic, while the contemporary design provides elegance and functionality. The integrated chill-out area next to the pool invites relaxation, offering an atmosphere of total serenity facing the sea.
This project exemplifies a perfect fusion of architectural minimalism and landscape expression, designed to fully enjoy the surroundings with a timeless and sophisticated aesthetic.
